Nyson Retail sells products in a variety of conditions. This guide explains how we classify, review, and describe product condition so customers can shop with confidence.
How We Review Product Condition
Each product is reviewed based on its packaging, physical appearance, signs of use, functionality, and included accessories. Product condition will be listed clearly on the product page whenever applicable.
New, Factory Sealed
Products marked as New, Factory Sealed are brand new in their original retail packaging with the factory seal still intact. Factory seals may vary depending on the manufacturer.
New
Products marked as New include original retail packaging unless otherwise stated and show no signs of use. Some items may not have a factory seal if the manufacturer does not require one.
Used - Like New
Products marked as Used - Like New have been carefully inspected and show no signs of use, scratches, dents, or visible wear.
Used - Good
Products marked as Used - Good may show minimal signs of use, such as small scratches visible only upon close inspection or other light signs of wear.
Used - Fair
Products marked as Used - Fair will show signs of use, which may include moderate scratching, dents to the body or casing, and other visible cosmetic wear.
Items We Do Not Purchase
Nyson Retail does not purchase devices that are cracked, non-functional, inoperable, or defective. If you have a question about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
